Hit Enter.
Right-click, and go to Feather again. Use a % of 15.

Spherize it again, this time with an amount of 8%.
And you're done with the graphics end of it! Now we have to jump to ImageReady...

Now that you're in ImageReady, go to the Animation section..

Create a bunch of new frames.

Now, the way this works is you select each frame, one by one, and either hide or display the active layer (the one where it thumps). And to do it is as simple as this: Just select the animation frame, and click on the little eye thing next to the layer to have it show or hide in that frame!
